Return and Exchange

Exchange Request: Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if you would like to request an exchange. You can contact us via email at support or through WhatsApp.

Pickup Charges: A pickup fee of ₹120 per product will be charged in advance for arranging returns.

Return Timeline: If you are sending the product back yourself, please ship it within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept exchange requests for items sent after this period.

Damaged Products: In case you receive a damaged item, an unboxing video is required as proof. Please record this when opening your package.

Exchange Only: We only offer exchanges, not returns or refunds. The replacement product will be shipped once we receive and check the original item.

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items that are used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale Items: Products bought during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
