Return and Exchange

At Sainly.in, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products with care and craftsmanship.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • ✅ Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • ✅ Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • ✅ Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • ✅ Product must be in the same condition as delivered

If any of these requirements are not met, the request may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order or customized items

  • Altered garments

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Accessories (Jewellery, Caps, etc.)

  • Hygienic products (undergarments, etc.)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Return / Exchange Process

Step 1 — Request

Raise your request within 24 hours of delivery through:

Please share:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear photos and video of the product and packaging


Step 2 — Review

Our quality-check team will review your request within 2–4 days.


Step 3 — Self-Ship

If approved:

✅ You may be asked to self-ship the item to our Jaipur warehouse

Note:
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on:

  • Product availability

  • Successful QC verification

If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue store credit.


5. Defective / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please provide:

  • ✅ Unboxing video

  • ✅ Clear photos of the product

After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • The order is placed

  • Processing has begun

  • A made-to-order item has entered production

If you need urgent help, contact us immediately — assistance depends on order status.
