Shipping and Delievery Policy

Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1500/-.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of Rs. 100 applies.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total parcel weight (per kg).
Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.
Once placed, international orders cannot be canceled or returned. If delivery is refused due to unpaid customs duties, we will not be able to issue a refund or process exchanges.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
